Talent Acquisition Group
The NRF Talent Acquisition Group is open to the most senior talent acquisition executive of any retail company.
The group meets to share best practices and discuss both long-term and timely topics impacting talent acquisition - from labor market trends to technology, DEI to policy. This unique opportunity to network with peers builds a strong network of retail TA professionals.
Participation is open to any retail company, defined as a business that sells directly to consumers through a store or website.
There are two in-person meetings – one in the spring, one in the fall – hosted by an NRF Talent Acquisition Group retailer. Each participating retailer can have two senior TA leaders attend these in-person events. There are also quarterly virtual calls which last about 45 minutes and can be attended by anyone in your brand. There is no cost to participate and attend meetings, aside from travel and hotel.

The group is managed by the NRF Foundation, and an advisory board helps determine the strategic direction of the group. The advisory committee is made up of representatives from Burlington Stores, DICK'S Sporting Goods, The Home Depot and Williams-Sonoma.
