NRF Foundation Campus college and university programs allow students to pick their passion and pursue an exciting career path filled with endless opportunities. 

Our virtual and in-person programming connect retailers with exceptional talent from across the country, including career fairs, mentoring, DEI events and more. Our programs foster talent, promote diversity and nurture innovation, giving students unique opportunities to explore career paths and opportunities in retail. And each year, our more than $600,000 in scholarships provide real-world hands-on experience.

With our retail partners and more than 110 college and university partners across the country, the NRF Foundation launches the careers of thousands of college students every year.
