Robin Wagher is senior director of retailer engagement at the NRF Foundation. In this role, she is responsible for all retailer inquires and engagement, as well as, corporate sponsor cultivation and outreach. She manages the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), develops scholarship programs including the Ray Greenly Scholarship, Next Generation and the Student Challenge, in addition to managing the Executive Mentor Experience at Retail’s BIG Show.
Wagher joined NRF in 2013 after eight years at the International Services Department at the American Red Cross. In her tenure there, she provided strategic direction and programmatic oversight for the 2004 Tsunami Recovery Program. While working in Geneva at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Wagher provided guidance on resource mobilization and government relations.
Wagher brings extensive knowledge in project and relationship management and community engagement and development to her role at NRF.
Wagher grew up in Galesburg, Ill., and graduated from Drake University with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Management. She enjoys volunteering at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy in her spare time and now lives on Capitol Hill.
