Our more seamless teacher and student experience has arrived. The learning objectives, curriculum and assessments you count on have not changed. We’ve made improvements to how you and your students access the materials, enhancing and streamlining the process. FAQs - New RISE Up Portal

 

 

Who should complete the registration in the new RISE Up portal?

Your organization's RISE Up administrator will complete the initial registration step with Kaleidoscope Learning and then they will add users to the account (this includes site administrators, teachers and proctors).

Once you have been added to the new platform by your organization's RISE Up administrator, you will receive a welcome email from riseup@kaleidolearning.com with details on how to access the new platform. You may need to check your spam or junk folder.

Please contact your organization's RISE Up administrator if you have questions about when you will gain access to the new portal. If you are unsure who your organization's RISE Up administrator is, please email RISEUp@nrf.com for assistance.

How do I contact Kaleidoscope Learning customer service?

Visit the new Help Center and choose from the four options to contact customer service: submit a ticket, send an email, call them or chat live online.

Will the curriculum or exams change?

No, they will remain the same. If and/or when the curriculum or exams change, we will notify our partners well in advance.

Will prices of the RISE Up materials increase on the new RISE Up platform?

No, the prices will remain the same.

Will my licenses transfer to the new RISE Up platform?

Yes, all your unused purchased licenses with their original expiration date will transfer to the new RISE Up platform once you create your new RISE Up account.


Will there be tutorials or videos on how to use the new RISE Up platform?

Yes, we will have multiple live and on-demand webinars to attend for a smooth transition to the new RISE Up platform. We will also be available for one-on-one training.


Will I still have access to my old account on the Penn Foster platform?

You will have access to your account on the Penn Foster platform until August 31st.

What do these credentials provide to my students?

Having one of our RISE Up industry-recognized credentials builds confidence, provides essential skills and can set you apart during interviews. You’ll understand the ever-changing retail environment and explore all that retail jobs offer.
