It begins with visiting vendors, attending toy shows, and using our collective experience to find the hottest toys and ultimately selecting the toy assortment. While all of this is happening, we are also beginning to think about the holiday marketing theme, and how that will come to life in store, across our website, on social, and other digital channels. All of this comes together with a reset of the store that include all the hot new products, holiday campaign graphics and displays, and the announcement of the Toys“R”Us Hot Toy List. Join us as we give you a behind the scenes look at this process and hear from some of our toy retail experts about this journey!
