NRF Foundation All Access is returning this spring. Like the fall, it’s all available for college students like you at no charge and is designed to help you learn more about how to build extraordinary careers from the people who power retail.

Because we know you’re balancing your courses, activities and more, we’ve got our full schedule of spring events posted now so you can make plans to participate.

Our spring virtual career fair is Feb. 19, and since space is limited, undergraduates are encouraged to register now. This exclusive hiring event will feature retailers offering full-time jobs and internships. Leading up to the career fair, we’re hosting online chats with company recruiters so you can explore the depth and breadth of opportunities ahead of time.

In addition to the career fair, recruiter chats and virtual company tours, we’re presenting a one-day summit on retail entrepreneurship on Feb. 26 and we’re bringing back the Executive Mentor Experience in March, both made possible by American Express. Applications for our virtual six-week “Be An Innovator: Retail Entrepreneurship Program” with Walker’s Legacy (held Saturdays starting March 6) are open now.

We’re also making it even easier for you to access our conversations with retail professionals. We’ll release new, on-demand conversations weekly on the NRF YouTube Channel so you can watch when it’s convenient for you.

And you’ll still have the chance to ask your questions and get the insights you need with our “20 Questions” sessions. Our first guests include Burlington Vice President of Merchandise Planning Jonathan Savoy and NRF Vice President of Government Relations and Political Affairs Jason Straczewski. Tell us what you’re curious about now with an email to FoundationSocial@nrf.com and we’ll have these retail experts answer your questions.

Educators are encouraged to incorporate our virtual resources into their courses – no matter where classes take place this spring – to share expertise from retail leaders directly with their students. Our full library of on-demand content (including sessions from the fall) is available for free here.

NRF Foundation All Access is made possible in part by NRF Foundation Retail Careers Champions: Burlington, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Meijer, PetSmart, Qurate Retail Group, Target and The Home Depot.

As NRF’s nonprofit 501(c)(3), we connect people to an industry that’s a great place to start and a great place to grow. Together, we help people build better lives and stronger communities. Learn more about our impact here.
